~ If you do not know the size of the stones that need to be remounted or the weight of the gold, please do not worry. We can do that for you.
~ Make sure that you include specific instructions of what you want to do with your item. You’re ideas? Our ideas or lets put them both together!
~ Please insure and track your package for your own safety.
~ If you want to change from a smaller stone to a larger stone, we can do this too.
~ All stones that are removed from your jewelry item and not used will be sent back to you.
~ We take no responsibly for broken or chipped stones sent to us in your mounting.
~ An estimate of Cost and a time frame will be assigned to the project.
~ Payment is due prior to any work being done.
~ Any sizing and /or replacement of gold will incur a minimal charge to cover our costs.
~ We can offer a buy out for unwanted scrap gold.
